Concession responsible for the construction, management, operation and maintenance of two toll road sections in the south of Mexico (the Perote-Banderilla toll road and the Xalapa bypass). The concession began partial operation in July 2012, and the whole concession has been operational since December 31, 2012.

It is the safest and most modern road in the state of Veracruz. With four lanes, it is designed to speed up traffic and reduce journey times and costs between Mexico City and Veracruz.
