Awarded in 2008, this toll project involves expanding the Panipat Jalandhar section (length 291.1 km) of the NH-1 in the states of Haryana and Punjab to 6 lanes under the design, build, finance, operate, transfer mechanism. The concession period of the project is 15 years. ROADIS has a 61% stake in the project.

The concession is a section of the trunk road that connects Delhi with the northern cities of Ludhiana and Jalandhar.
