Compliance programs will play an essential role in companies’ exemption from criminal liability or mitigation of this liability within the framework of the criminal justice process. ROADIS participated actively in this talk, giving its stance on what the level of involvement of a compliance officer should be within the context of potential criminal proceedings against a company.
